General Agreement
By commissioning Kyounii Div, the client agrees to all terms in this document.
Clients are responsible for reading the Terms of Service before making a commission request.
Artist Rights
The artist may decline or cancel a commission at any time. If cancellation is initiated by the artist, a refund will be provided.
The artist retains all rights to the artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The artist may share WIPs or final artworks for portfolio or promotional use unless the client requests privacy beforehand.
Client Responsibility
Clients must provide clear references, instructions, and necessary information promptly.
Clients must respond in a timely manner to avoid delays.
Clients must credit @Kyounii_Div when publishing or using the artwork.
Usage & Restrictions
Clients may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the artwork unless commercial rights are purchased.
Artwork must not be used for NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, blockchain technology, AI dataset training, or any similar platforms.
All delivered files are for personal use unless commercial rights are purchased.
Confidentiality
All information shared during the commission process is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
Payment & Pricing
All prices listed in the pricelist are offered prices and may change in the final invoice depending on complexity, added elements, revisions, or specific client requests.
Payment can be made through PayPal, Trakteer, Dana, Gopay, OVO, and ShopeePay.
Full or partial upfront payment (depending on commission type) is required before work begins.
All payments are non-refundable unless the artist is unable to complete the commission.
Workflow, Queue & Revisions
Commissions are done based on the artist’s queue/order list .
Clients who wish to skip the queue may request a rush order, which will incur a rush fee.
The artist will provide WIPs at key stages of the artwork.
Revisions are allowed only up to the base color stage. Any revisions requested after the base color is approved will require an additional fee.
Once the final artwork is delivered and approved, further changes are not included.
Delivery
Final product will be delivered through Google Drive link.
Turnaround time varies based on commission type and complexity.
Delays may occur due to workload or unexpected circumstances; the artist will inform the client if extra time is needed.
Commercial Use
Commercial usage requires an additional fee based on how the artwork will be used.
Commission types may have their own specific commercial terms.

Agreement Updates
The artist may update the Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified if changes affect an ongoing commission.
